I am so grateful for the opportunity to experience something I have dreamed of. To be able to see the northern lights in person and I am so excited to be in the brink of a trip where I expect to have the opportunity.

The group of 20 people I am traveling with have embarked on travel from our homes (Phoenix, for me) and are all about to arrive in Reykjavik, Iceland. Tonight, we will be taking a tour with the intention of seeing the northern lights. I am so excited and having trouble putting into words how blessed I feel. Later this week, we will board a cruise that will take us to the following ports:

• Isafjordur, Iceland
• Akureyri, Iceland
• Alesund, Norway
• Geiranger, Norway
• Flåm, Norway
• Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Brussels / Bruges (Zeebrugge), Belgium

After this, we will disembark in South Hampton, England and take a tour to see Stone Henge and Windsor Castle before being dropped off in London. We will then stay for about 5 days before heading home.
